Distinguished Service Award
The Staff Advisory Distinguished Service Award (DSA) is a way to appreciate staff members for their merits at OSU. This award allows other staff members to nominate someone who goes beyond the call of duty, enhances ones career and personal path and represents OSU in a positive aspect.
Nominations
Anyone may nominate a staff member from any department or unit. While members of the
Staff Advisory Council are not eligible for nomination, they may nominate other staff
members. However, nominations from SAC members who serve on the Awards and Recognition
committee will not be considered.
The nominee must be an OSU-STW staff employee who is employed at .75 FTE or greater
and has not received a top 3 finalist Distinguished Service Award in the last 5 years.
To nominate a staff member, complete the nomination form below. Each nomination requires
three recommendation letters. You may provide one letter of recommendation but the
other two must be from members of the OSU community via the recommendation form link
below. Recommendations may be submitted after the nomination form closes as long as
all three are submitted by the deadline October 25, 2023.
